• You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information when creating an account and updating it as necessary.

Compass grants you a limited, non-exclusive, and non-transferable license to access and use the platform for your server's documentation needs.

You agree not to:

• Use Compass for any unlawful purpose.
• Violate any local, national, or international laws.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the platform or compromise the platform's security.
• Use any automated systems (bots, crawlers) without permission.
• Exploit any vulnerabilities in the system.

• Compass offers free and premium subscription tiers. Details on pricing and services can be found on our pricing page.
• By selecting a paid service, you agree to pay Compass the fees indicated. Subscription payments will be processed automatically on a monthly, yearly, or lifetime basis, depending on your selection.
• You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellations will apply to the next billing cycle, and you will retain access to premium services for the remainder of the current period.
• All payments are non-refundable except where required by law.

• Compass collects certain data when you use our services. By using Compass, you consent to the collection, use, and disclosure of your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
• Any content you create, upload, or manage through Compass is your responsibility. You must ensure that the content does not violate any third-party rights or applicable laws.
• We take reasonable measures to protect your data. However, you understand and agree that no system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee the absolute security of your data.

• All intellectual property rights in the platform, including but not limited to the software, design, and functionality, remain the exclusive property of Compass.
• You retain ownership of the content you upload or create through Compass. By uploading content, you grant us a license to use, display, and distribute that content as necessary for the operation of the platform.

Compass and its affiliates are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of your use of the platform, including but not limited to data loss, unauthorized access, or interruptions of service. You agree that your use of the platform is at your own risk.
